Damage Types

Each combat ability has an associated nature.

Black (Physical Damage)
  • Black damage is the most common type of damage. It represents any kind of physical damage such as slash/thrust/blunt etc. In general, Black damage costs little energy to perform and offers high damage output.  It is very useful against enemies who have a low Defense Rating.
  • Strengthened by POWER.
  • Weakened by enemy’s DEFENSE.
  • Weakened by enemy’s BLACK RESISTANCE.
Red (Fire Damage)
  • Red damage is powerful magic drawing from the power of fire and magma. Red damage is especially strong against Yellow Nature characters.
  • Strengthened by MAGIC.
  • Weakened by enemy’s RESIST.
  • Weakened by enemy’s RED RESISTANCE
Blue (Ice Damage)
  • Blue damage is powerful magic drawing from the power of ice and water. Blue damage is especially strong against Red Nature characters.
  • Strengthened by MAGIC.
  • Weakened by enemy’s RESIST.
  • Weakened by enemy’s BLUE RESISTANCE.
Yellow (Lightning Damage)
  • Yellow damage is powerful magic drawing from the power of thunder and electricity. Yellow damage is especially strong against Blue Nature characters.
  • Strengthened by MAGIC.
  • Weakened by enemy’s RESIST.
  • Weakened by enemy’s YELLOW RESISTANCE.
White (Non-elemental Damage)
  • White damage is powerful magic drawing power from any source other than Ice, Fire and Lightning. White damage is usually effective against Black Nature characters. Most White damage abilities carry a secondary effect. It is also rarer than other types of damage.
  • Strengthened by MAGIC.
  • Weakened by enemy’s RESIST.
  • Weakened by enemy’s WHITE RESISTANCE.
